RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hundred Percent, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
For returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, or item not suitable), all postage and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during promotions, sales, or at discounted prices are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or incorrect.
LIMITED OR SPECIAL RELEASE ITEMS
All limited or special release items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they are defective or there is an order error.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).
We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
- To request a return or exchange, please send us an email at contact@hundredpercent.com.my. All returned and exchanged items are subject to inspection and permission.
- State the reason for your return or exchange and include photos of any product/order issues if applicable.
- Our team will confirm your request.

For customer-initiated returns or exchanges: If the return or exchange is based on personal preference and not due to our error (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the return shipping cost will not be covered by us. We will provide you with an address to ship the item back at your own expense.
- For defective items or order issues: If the return or exchange is due to our error, such as an order issue or defective goods, we will provide you with a shipping label to cover the return costs.

- For exchanges, once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
For footwear, the shoe box is considered part of the product. Please ensure it is properly protected during return shipping. Damaged boxes may result in rejection of the return or exchange.
All items will undergo inspection upon return. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the above conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for homeware, magazines, books, fragrances, socks, intimate apparel, and swimwear, including lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms.
