HUNDRED PERCENT IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED RETAIL ASSOCIATE TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND ELEVATE THE IN-STORE EXPERIENCE THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ROLE IS WELL-SUITED FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN RETAIL OPERATIONS AND SALES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a key role in store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the retail space
- Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Actively participate in-store activities, promotions, and events
- Assist in product receiving, stock counting, and transfers when needed

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of retail and sales experience
- Strong verbal and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets
- Familiarity with local and international streetwear/fashion brands
- Fits well within our company culture
