At Hundred Percent, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and services. If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of the purchase date from your order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale promotion or offered at a discounted price are considered final sales. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

LIMITED OR SPECIAL RELEASE ITEMS
There will be no return, exchange, or refund for any limited or special release items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a return, exchange, or refund. You may contact us within 14 working days of the purchase date and provide us with proof of the product issue. Inquiries outside the timeframe specified may be disregard.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. To request for return, please send us an email at contact@hundredpercent.com.my. All returned items are subject to inspection and permission.
2. State the reason for your return and with photos of any product/order issues if applicable.
3. Our team will confirm your return request, and provide you with a shipping label to cover the costs of returning the goods. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the return results from our error such as an order issue or defective goods.

All returned and exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. In the case of sneakers / footwear returns or exchanges, please use additional packaging to protect the original box. The box is an integral part of the product, therefore any damage will result in the refusal or the return/exchange. Once your return is received, our team will go through an inspection process and we will notify you of its status.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for homeware, magazines, books, fragrances, socks, intimate apparel, and swimwear, including lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms.
